Ezra Clark
Ezra is part of The Clark Group of Sotheby’s International Realty in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. A longtime resident, multi-property owner, and real estate investor in Los Angeles, Ezra is married and currently lives in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico where he owns a home and practices real estate. Ezra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business, and a Spanish minor, from the Virginia Military Institute. Ezra’s passion for real estate began as a teenager while assisting his brother-in-law in building, constructing, and finishing high-end homes in San Francisco. However, it was his ten years spent in New York working as the maitre’d at top restaurants, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), and at Ralph Lauren that provided him with the poised finesse to assist a high-caliber clientele. After spending two years providing missionary work in Mexico City and Querétaro, Ezra became fluent in Spanish both oral and written. Among his travels to Europe, Asia, Central and South America, it was the people and culture of Mexico that increasingly kept him returning, and he is happy to call San Miguel de Allende his home. Ezra’s hobbies include the creative and culinary arts, fine dining, wine, horseback riding, and SCUBA diving.

Sheryl Clark

Sheryl's journey into the world of real estate began in Los Angeles, California, where she played a pivotal role in developing numerous properties across the City of Angels. Her educational pursuits led her to Boston, Massachusetts. Sheryl holds an M.A. in economics, a B.A. in quantitative economics, and a minor in studio art from Tufts University. She further honed her skills with a general business studies certificate with an accounting concentration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Prior to relocating to Mexico full-time in 2017, Sheryl spent fourteen years as an economic litigation consultant at Analysis Group, contributing her expertise in accounting, financial analysis, statistical analysis, and economics to various legal matters. Her proficiency extends to data analytics and business valuations, covering a spectrum of industries, including her deep-rooted understanding of real estate.
Over the past seven years, Sheryl and Ezra's unwavering dedication to real estate and commitment to their clients propelled them to remarkable success. Pepe Lambarri
Pepe Lámbarri is part of The Clark Group of Sotheby’s International Realty in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. He was born and raised in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. He knows the customs, traditions, food, secrets and celebrations as his family has been residing in San Miguel de Allende since 1780. Pepe studied acting at the prestigious CEA de Televisa school in Mexico City where he devoted himself to acting in telenovelas and theater. He has real estate experience in Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende. Pepe’s positive energy and warm personality is felt by his clients and colleagues. He loves to indulge in steak, paella, and “chiles en nogada” when it comes to food. Pepe also loves spending time with his wife and young family.

Stephen Eshelman
Steve Eshelman moved to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico from Los Angeles, California where he lived for 30 years. With a continuing curiosity, he is always searching out and finding unique properties. His love of the architecture of the city, familiarity with its neighborhoods and the city’s rich and complex history put him in a great position to help locate that special property for his clients.
Steve grew up in Northern Virginia, near Washington, D.C., and attended college at Virginia Commonwealth University. He graduated in 1971 with a degree in Modern European History and a minor in Islamic History. His languages include English, Spanish and Italian. Living in Washington D.C. for several years gave him an understanding of a city with a constantly changing fabric of people and positions with active, important positions and demands to match. After several years working in communications in Washington, he moved to Los Angles to pursue a career in film.
Working in Los Angeles, Steve earned entrance into the Directors’ Guild of America as an Assistant Director and Director. He has been a member of the DGA for over 25 years. In this arena, Steve has helped highly creative, deeply motivated people execute their vision, tell their stories and accomplish their creative goals. Putting cameras and crews in houses and neighborhoods all over the city, Steve can understand a client’s needs and how to bring them to goal. He still maintains his membership and continues to do some work in the field.

Ivonne Velasco
Ivonne Velasco is the Business Manager of The Clark Group of Agave | Sotheby’s International Realty. Ivonne was born in Guanajuato and has lived in San Miguel de Allende for 10 years, and therefore, knows the area well. In 2018, Ivonne successfully worked as a member of the administrative team of Agave | Sotheby’s International Realty. It was during this time that she discovered her true passion for the real estate industry, and continued her journey under The Clark Group where she persisted in developing her now extensive knowledge of the field. Ivonne is licensed in the state of Guanajuato and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Rocio Campos
Rocio Campos is the Executive Assistant of The Clark Group of Agave | Sotheby’s International Realty. Rocio was born and raised in San Miguel de Allende. She also previously lived in Guanajuato and returned to San Miguel to join The Clark Group in 2021. Rocio holds a degree in International Trade from the University of Guanajuato.
